I created Morning Sunshine Studio to become a calm corner of the internet for women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode for far too long.
For many years, I lived in a relationship where I slowly lost pieces of myself while constantly trying to keep the peace and carry the emotional weight of everything around me. After 21 years of marriage, I found the courage to leave, rebuild my life, and reconnect with the woman I had buried beneath stress, emotional exhaustion, and survival mode.
That experience changed me deeply.
It taught me how chronic stress impacts the nervous system, how emotional suppression disconnects women from themselves, and how healing often begins quietly — through rest, boundaries, self-awareness, and learning to feel emotionally safe again.
As a registered nurse and creative entrepreneur, I’ve always been drawn to helping others feel supported and cared for. Morning Sunshine Studio was created as a gentle space for women who are learning to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build calmer, steadier lives.
